  • Missing St. Louis County 10-Year-Old Found Safe

    These stories don't always have a happy ending, so we're sharing this one today. A missing St. Louis County boy who walked away from his home on Tuesday evening has been found safe. The boy eloped from his home, but was swiftly and safely located by rescuers, and is safe and sound now.
  • A Person Has Been Struck And Killed By A Train In Central West End

    A man was struck and killed by a MetroLink train in St. Louis' Central West End neighborhood on Tuesday night. Authorities are unsure if the man fell asleep on the tracks, or if he knowingly laid down on them, and are still investigating the incident. With this being the second incident in a month, authorities would like to remind people that it is never safe to enter areas that are protected by guard rails.
  • One Person Dead, One Injured In Downtown Shooting

    Shots rang out in Downtown St. Louis shortly before 7:00 PM Tuesday evening. One person was killed and pronounced dead at the scene, and another was taken by ambulance to a local hospital where they're being treated for their injuries. Police are still investigating the incident.

  • Flood Victims Are Still Recovering From The Fall

    And with substantial amounts of rain predicted for the spring, it's understandable that those who are still repairing their homes from water damage are a titch nervous. Bev Moore had to be rescued by boat in the middle of the night, and is asking authorities to please do what they can to mitigate flood damage ahead of the rainy season.
  • Several Illegal Gambling Machines Seized In Dunklin County

    More than 70 gambling machines that are not legally permitted were seized by authorities in Dunklin County, along with an undisclosed amount of money. This was the result of coordinated efforts between law enforcement agencies, and Dunklin County.
  • Victims Are Speaking Out After Child Sex Offender Released Early

    Nelson Paul Thompson was convicted of 2 counts of child molestation after it came to light that he'd been molesting his daughter and step-daughter. He was supposed to serve 2 sentences of 10 years concurrently but has been released after only 120 days following his participation in a state-sponsored treatment program. His victims vehemently disagree with his release and are begging the state to reconsider.
