Watch Your Head: 2023 MFA in Visual Art First-Year Exhibition Opening

When: Sun., April 23, 3-5 p.m. 2023

Organized by the first-year MFA students at the Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts, WATCH YOUR HEAD is the result of a year’s worth of questions asked, answered, and asked again. Forever probing and investigating, these artists scour their environments, bodies, and minds for raw material. They build and destroy, they collect and discard, they work and play. Through installation, collage, photography, drawing, painting and sculpture, these artists are always searching. Each work in this exhibition gazes inward at itself and outward at the viewer, presenting a challenge for those who care to look for it.
