Chakra Bhakti Yoga with Crystals

Join us at Esther & Mila on February 4th at 9AM for the third session in our ongoing series of Chakra Yoga with Crystals utilizing Bhakti Yoga! The session will last 45 minutes and will focus on the Solar Plexus Chakra which governs purpose, will, and inherent power. Bhakti Yoga is based on love and lends itself perfectly to enhancement with crystals and sound frequency. This free yoga session will take place in our amplified crystal room, which is illuminated by natural sunlight and surrounded by living foliage. There will also be a corresponding herbal tea!
