Book: I Have Not Picked Up My Dinosaurs Yet Today: A Personal Account of Life with Depression/Anxiety Disorder. The book is composed of one-act dramatic readings based on the often devastating experiences of Helene herself as she struggled with chronic depression and anxiety. Helene will read from her book at 11:00 a.m. in the Café at the bookstore. Signed copies may then be purchased any time between the hours above. After event a Q&A session will take place with mental health professionals.
