At 103 Years Old, Lt Downing still tours the US speaking about his incredible Pearl Harbor Experience. Bring the entire family to meet this American Hometown Hero! The Guinness Book of World Records is currently researching him as the world's oldest living male author. Lt Downing was born in Plevna, MO and grew up in St Louis.
