Music for Stage & Screen

Join conductor Ed Jacobs and the Metropolitan Orchestra of St. Louis for live music on Sunday June 2 at 7 PM at Manchester United Methodist Church in Manchester. Jacobs has crafted a delightful and family-friendly program entitled “Music for Stage & Screen.” This family-friendly free outdoor concert will explore music from Opera, Broadway, Cinema and Television. The program features themes from the “small screen” and soundtracks from the “big screen,” plus music written for the dance stage. Jacobs showcases beloved works from Hollywood’s The Sound of Music, Pirates of the Caribbean, Harry Potter and The Wizard of Oz.
