In lieu of touring during the COVID-19 pandemic, acclaimed jazz pianist Peter Martin found a new normal by performing a series of solo piano concerts live from Open Studio. Martin is ecstatic to be returning to the impeccable acoustics of the historic Sheldon Concert Hall, where he has shared so many musical high points over the past 15+ years, with wonderful audiences, guest artists and fellow collaborators. Peter Martin is an acclaimed jazz pianist who has performed and recorded on six continents with Wynton Marsalis, Dianne Reeves, Betty Carter, Christian McBride and Joshua Redman, as well as his own ensembles.
