Pieces of a Song: Chris McCarthy and Clotilde

With this duo, the French vocalist, flutiste and filmmaker Clotilde and the acclaimed pianist and keyboardist Chris McCarthy deepen their New-York born collaboration. Both inspired by the Beat Generation poets they will present here along dark and beautiful standards in French and in English, a few of original pieces from their freshly composed repertoire Pieces of a Song infused with the writings of the idiosyncratic Beat Generation poetess Diane Di Prima.
