Cafe Ganadara's Sensational Korean-American Fare Spices Up St. Louis Hills

For a thrilling version of Korean-American cuisine with a New York Koreatown flair, head to Cafe Ganadara (6413 Hampton Avenue, 314-802-7044) in St. Louis Hills. Owned by Erica Park and Sean Lee of Carondelet's Chicken Seven, it serves sensational dishes such as japchae bap, gimbap, sweet mango bingsu and fried chicken with an otherworldly crunch.

Our critic loved everything about the counter-service spot, which has an inviting atmosphere that complements its marble bistro tables, deep teal velvet chairs and palpable charm.
