All the St. Louis Burger Week Restaurants and Their $8 Specials

Shortleaf Brewing in O'Fallon is one of the many restaurants participating in St. Louis Burger Week.
St. Louis Burger Week is here, and from July 17 to July 23 you'll be able to go to more than 30 area restaurants and sample amazing burgers for $8. Some of the burgers are menu favorites, while others are specials created just for this week.

As you cruise through the week, be sure to download the Burger Week App at the App store or on Google Play. It has your guide to all of the participating restaurants, the specials they offer and the hours they're open. When you head to a restaurant, be sure to check in to earn points. You could be crowned St. Louis Burger Royalty, and if you check into at least five participating restaurants, you'll be entered to win a drawing with swag and $250 worth of gift cards.

Alpha Brewing Company

In addition to $5 Jameson pours, Alpha Brewing Company is offering the Barrel-Aged Whiskey Steak Burger for $8. The burger includes a ground tenderloin beef patty topped with cheddar cheese, grilled onions and Alpha Brewing's barrel-aged whiskey sauce. The sauce is aged for three years in a peat whiskey barrel and finish with Alpha's Believers Brew Stout.

The Blue Duck

The Blue Duck's special is the Swiss Burger, a house-cured smash patty topped with Swiss, caramelized onion, roasted mushrooms and shallot aioli on a potato bun. A falafel patty is available as a vegetarian option.

Head over to Bootleggin' BBQ for the Double Pattie Smash Burger. It is house-ground brisket patties with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and bootlegger sauce on a potato bun.

The Brown Bag Bistro

The Brown Bag Bistro is offering the Peachy Pattie for $8. It is a 1/3-pound burger with caramelized onions, caramelized peaches, fresh mozzarella, French's Crispy Fried Onions, and the Brown Bag Bistro's homemade balsamic aioli on a grilled pretzel bun.

Busloop Burgers

At Busloop Burgers the $8 special is the Pizza Burger: two buttery toasted slices of Italian bread with a quarter-pound of fresh ground seasoned chuck patties between them, along with grilled onions, grilled peppers, grilled mushrooms, pizza sauce, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese with a side of warm pizza sauce.

Of course a restaurant named Carnivore would be part of Burger Week. The restaurant is offering the Spiedini Burger, a seasoned and breaded patty on a garlic-and-Parmesan buttered bun. The burger is topped with Provel, arugula, fresh Parmesan and a lemon-butter dipping sauce.

Copper Fire

The Pimento Pepper Jack Bacon Onion Jam Burger at Copper Fire is more or less described in the name. You can get it with chips or upgrade to fries for $3. You can make it a double for $11 or sub in an Impossible patty for $3.

Crafted

For its special, Crafted is offering the $8 Burger, a half-pound chuck burger with or without cheese. The restaurant also has a vegetarian option: The Impossible Black Bean Veggie Burger. For $11 you can get a Jameson shot and the burger, or for $13 a Jameson cocktail and the burger.

Da Picky Vegan

Just because you're vegan doesn't mean you can't enjoy Burger Week. Head over to Da PIcky Vegan for Da Picky Bang Burger (a slightly different Da Picky Vegan burger is pictured). This juicy plant-based burger is served with jalapenos, sauerkraut and red onion and topped with Da Picky Vegan stone-ground garlic and mustard relish.

At Duke's in Soulard you can get $5 Jameson specials to go with your Red Hot Volcano Burger, where you get two 3-ounce burger patties with Red Hot Riplets crushed into the meat. The burger is topped with homemade queso cheese sauce, Red Hot Riplet chips, lettuce, tomato and onion and served on a bakery bun.

At Mac's Local Eats, you can grab the Callis Burger for $8 this week. The burger is two dry-aged Wagyu-beef, smash-burger patties topped with American cheese, pickles, onions and housemade mac sauce. The patties are the result of a 28 day hang and whole cow grind. The toppings are kept simple to compliment the rich, deep Wagyu flavor and not overpower it. You can also get a $5 Jameson pour with your burger purchase.
