St. Louis took Earth Day to a whole new level on Saturday, with the March for Science making its way through downtown St. Louis. Supporters marched along Market Street, calling for "science that upholds the common good, and for political leaders and policymakers to enact evidence-based policies in the public interest," according to the March for Science St. Louis mission statement. The event included several thousand marchers, including science professionals and big groups of students and faculty from area universities. From creative signs to dinosaurs (yes, dinosaurs), here's a look at the festivities.
